Spring Time and the Power of Nature to Support Your Resilience

Over a year since the start of lock-down, we are seeing the stresses starting to show across multiple levels of society, and across all professions.  Awareness of self, others, and our environment is a key element of RESILIENCE, and the all-important Resilient Leadership.

To help lighten the load, we have pulled together some of the highlights of what is going on in the natural world around us, and the festivals being celebrated.  We have been using the power of nature, and the ‘Awe Effect’ to help bring out the best in people on our resilience retreats for the last few years –  and have still found that exposing people to nature during lockdown can help create headspace, and calm the mind.

I was brought up in the Highlands of Scotland: so, where better place to start than with the Aurora Borealis, and a little light show for you.  Did you know that watching the aurora has been used to reduce stress?
