Dr Lynette Nusbacher
is a strategist and historian best known as the “Devil’s Advocate”, helping organisations challenge assumptions and explore alternative futures. With a PhD in History and teaching experience at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, she has shaped strategic thinking for military leaders and advised the UK government. Drawing on her background in strategy, technology, and military history, she uses her "Devil’s Advocate" methodology to bring clarity, creativity, and challenge to leaders facing uncertainty.
Alice Bromage
is a renowned keynote speaker, leadership and resilience expert, and strategic adviser with 30+ years of experience across defence, cybersecurity, and global business. A former British Army Officer, she supported operations worldwide and advised senior military and political leaders on geopolitical risks and cyber threats. Her insights on resilience, adaptive leadership and disruptive thinking stem from extensive experience in challenging environments.
