Some direction on understanding what was really important in my life and how to work out what I wanted to achieve in the short, medium and long term and then how to get it.

Enlightened. I realised that some things were less important to me than I had originally thought and vice versa.

It has made me constantly re-evaluate my choices to understand my motivation and what I hope to achieve (rather than just getting through each day).
